This weekend was pretty uneventful. Actually the past week has been, which is why I haven't blogged in a while. I did take Landon to Mother Goose story time at the library and he had a lot of fun. We will be going again this week. Landon was a lot more open to the other babies then he has ever been. Usually he keeps to himself just because he doesn't know what to do around other little ones, but he is coming out of his shell and having a lot of fun. Landon is walking all over the place and his new favorite thing to do is to walk around with a toy hanging out of his mouth! He's such a silly boy.
Alex came and spent the weekend with us since my mom went out of town. It was nice having Alex here. He only lives a mile down the road, but I feel like we never really get to see him. He had never even seen Landon walking until he came over this weekend. Landon just loves his Uncle Alex and it was nice having an extra hand to help out during the day.
On Saturday we made a trip down to Keystone to visit with Kevin's parents. Landon was really fussy because he woke up at 3:30 that morning so the visit was a pretty short one. Landon won't nap away from home unless he is in the car so we had to bring him home and put him to bed. Sunday was spent catching up on some sleep since Landon doesn't allow me to do much of that. I was able to get a long afternoon nap in. Landon wore himself out this weekend because today he took a 2 1/2 hour nap! I even went into his room to check on him because a nap over 45 minutes to an hour is very rare for Landon. Hopefully this rain will come to an end and we will be able to go to the zoo this weekend. Until the rain ends Landon will just continue torturing Tinkie!
