Day 27: It's all Relative

Day 27: A picture of me and a family member.

This is a picture of Alex and me. It is several years old because he refuses to take any pictures. It was back when he was still shorter than me. Now he has a few inches on me. Somehow I am the oldest, but the shortest. It all evens out though because I am the smartest!

Day 26: Favorite Something

Day 26: A picture of something that means a lot to me.

The someone that means a lot to me is Landon. Of course that was an easy one. However, the something that means a lot to me was a bit harder to come up with. My things no longer hold the same value to me that they once did. Things are just that- things. So coming up with a picture of something that means a lot to me was hard to do. Here is the something that means the most to me now:

My computer allows me to connect with the world. I am able to talk to family and friends on a regular basis. I can catch up on the news around the world and stay on top of things. I don't know what I'd do without my laptop. It definitely is one of my most prized possessions.

It just so happens that the someone and the something that mean the most to me are both in the picture. Landon loves having his picture taken and wanted to be included. If only his eye didn't keep closing!

Day 25: Daytime Picture

Day 25: A picture of my day.

I spent almost all day in the car today. I played taxi to my siblings and spent a good portion of the day driving in the pouring rain. I spent most of my driving time turning around and telling Landon to stop shoving things up his nose. He has never shoved anything up his nose before, but all day long he had tried to shove his book up his nose. I really don't know where he gets this stuff from. I hope it is not a sign of things to come. I definitely do not want to make any emergency room trips because there is a small toy, coin, or some other random object stuck up his nose. Although knowing Landon, I am sure one of those trips to the ER is in my near future. I guess it just comes with the territory of raising a toddler boy.

Monday, January 24, 2011

Holy moly, me oh my, you're the apple of my eye...

Is that not the cutest video ever? I have watched it time and time again today. I especially love the part where the little girl is trying to whistle. She's so stinking cute. There are other videos as well of daddy and daughter, but this one is my favorite. I just wanted to share it with everyone since I can't seem to get enough of it. The love between this dad and his little girl is simply amazing. If only I had even a smidgen of singing talent, then Landon and I could make a cute little video. Don't worry, I will spare everyone. You won't be seeing any videos of me singing any time soon. Landon has started singing the Wonder Pets theme song, which is really cute. I may share a video of that one day soon.

Day 24: Something to Change

Day 24: A picture of something that I wish I could change.

As silly as this may sound, I wish I could change my hair. It has gone unchanged for my entire life. I'm too chicken to do anything about it. I really will need to start dying it sooner rather than later with the gray hairs that are coming with age and the toddler years. I think the problem stems from not finding anyone that I truly trust with my hair. I don't have a regular hair stylist. I go to a different hair salon every time I get a hair cut. I would love to change my hair up a bit, but I don't know how to go about doing so.

My hair isn't usually messy like pictured either. I threw my hair in front of my face for the picture just because I thought it'd be boring to snap a picture of the back of my head. Although the picture doesn't look much different than if I were to snap my hair from the back of my head, but this way was a lot more fun and Landon enjoyed laughing at me!

My hair may not have changed in years, but my oh my how Landon has changed. Can you see the little picture of him hanging on the wall above my head of hair? He was three months old in those pictures. I can't believe how different he now looks. Most toddlers still resemble their baby pictures, but Landon has changed so much. There isn't much resemblance between his baby pictures and now. Maybe I should embrace change and do something with my hair...like dye it red!

Day 23: Favorite Book

Day 23: A picture of my favorite book.

It is no secret that Nicholas Sparks is my favorite author. I have read all of his books, some several times over. The Rescue is my favorite book of his. Unfortunately, I gave my copy to a friend to borrow and it was never returned to me. Unbeknownst to me, she lent it out to another friend and never got it back. I wish this book would become the next one made into a movie.

"There was something inside of her that longed to be desired, to be cared for and protected, to be listened to and accepted without judgment. To be loved." ~ The Rescue

Day 22: Communication

Day 22:  A picture of something that I wish I was better at.

I wish I was better at communication. I can communicate the every day things. I have no problem voicing my opinions on matters that I believe in or speaking up for myself or loved ones. However, I do have a problem communicating matters of the heart. I have a problem breaking down the walls to issues that are deeply personal. I'm sure it's from being hurt in the past, but I wish I was better at communicating issues that desperately need to be said and for whatever reason I just freeze and go without saying it. This is definitely one area that I am wanting to work on improving.

Day 21: Forgetting Reality

Day 21: A picture of something you wish you could forget.
I wish I could forget about reality and keep my head in the clouds every now and then.

Thursday, January 20, 2011

Day 20: Bora Bora

Day 20: A picture of somewhere I would love to travel

I would love to travel to Bora Bora. I would love to stay in one of the huts that have glass bottom floors overlooking the crystal clear ocean waters. I would love to just escape for a bit and relax. When you go on vacation it always seems like another vacation is needed to recover. At least that is how I always feel after a vacation. I am always on the go when vacationing. Bora Bora is the one place where I could just sit and relax. Enjoy the amazing views, sip a strawberry daiquiri, read a magazine, enjoy the ocean breeze, and temporarily forget about life as I bask in the sun. There would be no sights to be seen or people to visit. Just Landon and I on a beach with no where to go- complete bliss.

Day 19: Picture and Letter

Day 19: A picture and a letter.

Dear Tinkerbell,
I always wanted a Pomeranian and when I first saw you I knew you were meant for me. You were absolutely perfect from day one when we first brought you home- all 1 pound 7 ounces of you! I knew in the back of my mind that you would have to one day become a child friendly dog. I knew you were going to be around for a very long time and that I was going to have children while you were around. I could not have chosen a better dog. You are amazing with Landon. He picks you up and carries you around even when you don't want him to. He pulls on your tail and pokes at your eyes. He forces food into your mouth when you are not hungry and he is always trying to dress you and brush your hair. He puts you into the bath tub with his bath toys on an almost daily basis and forces you to give him high fives. You are so patient with him. Never once have you tried to bite him or get upset with him, even when you try walking away and he chases after you to pick you up all over again. You just deal with it and allow him to do as he pleases with you. Thank you for being such a special dog to him. You never get the proper recognition that you deserve. I know you probably wish that you were bigger so that Landon couldn't carry you around in the way that he does. I know life changed over night for you. You had no idea what was coming your way 2 1/2 years ago when we brought Landon home. You have been his side kick and guardian. Till this day you bark to let me know that he is in trouble. Whenever he cries or gets into something that he isn't suppose to be doing you bark to tell me about it. You are the first one running to his room when he wakes up and you always seem to have a sixth sense when it comes to watching over Landon. Thank you for being the world's most amazing dog. We love you Tinkie!

Day 18: Biggest Insecurity

Day 18: A picture of your biggest insecurity.
My biggest insecurity is definitely my weight. I hate the way I currently look. I hate buying clothes and the way they fit. I no longer find joy in shopping for clothes. I know it's something that I can change. I just lack the motivation to do so. Putting this out here for all to see is probably motivation enough to make a change.

Day 17: Home Sweet Home

Day 17: A picture of something that has made a huge impact on my life recently.

The place where Landon and I call home. This has definitely made the largest impact on my life recently. It's the place of new beginnings and new memories. I have a feeling this place will remain in my heart for a lifetime. Even if we're not here for years on end, I will always remember this place fondly.

Out of the Mouths of Babes

Landon has been known to say some silly things. Just the other day Landon had asked me to get him some more apple juice. I told him that I would gladly get him some more apple juice, but that he would have to clean up his toys while I was getting his juice. His response to that was "Mommy clean up, boy get juice." He then proceeded to get the apple juice out of the fridge. It was a one gallon jug of juice, which was heavy for him to carry. He carried it part of the way out of the kitchen and then says "Mommy get juice, boy clean up." How quickly he changed his mind when he realized how heavy the juice was!

Landon has also been known to wipe the back of his hand across his forehead while saying "phewie" rather dramatically when something is hard or tiring. It makes me laugh every time. Just writing about it brings a smile to my face because I am here picturing in my mind the way that he does this. He's such a silly boy! I am so incredibly in love with this age and stage that Landon is at. There is always something new to laugh at when it comes to Landon. I love how easily he can put a smile on my face.

Day 16: Inspiration

Day 16: A picture of someone who inspires me.
Alex definitely inspires me. He has had more health challenges than anyone that I personally know. No matter how bad he is feeling he still wakes up everyday with a desire to better himself. He works out every single day (except for when doctors restrict him) for hours on end. He constantly motivates himself to live an active lifestyle no matter how sick he's feeling. He inspires me to work out. I have no excuse for not working out (unless you count a toddler who is with me every waking second!) and living a more active lifestyle. I use to be incredibly active and life sort of got in the way of that. Alex proves to me that challenges can be overcome. He inspires me to be a better person and to realize that life could be a lot worse. He's made me realize that my headache or back pain is not the end of the world. If Alex can wake up every morning with a smile on his face, then so can I. Sure he has his moments when he's mad at the world and wishes his life were different. We all have those moments. I think most people who were in his shoes would have a lot more of those moments. His strength and courage that he has every single day inspires me.

Day 15: World Traveler

Day 15: A picture of something that you want to do before you die.

I want to travel the world before I die. I have never been anywhere with the exception of a couple of road trips from Florida to Pennsylvania and a Caribbean cruise. There is so much world for me to see and I am itching to see it. I want to experience different cultures and see the world from a different perspective. I want to go to China and observe panda bears and walk the Great Wall of China. I want to go to Africa and take a safari ride. I want to go to Australia and go snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef. I want to see the Eiffel Tower and take a gondola ride through the canals of Venice. I want to have an Italian dinner in Italy and break a plate in Greece while shouting "opa". I want to rent a car in Maui and drive down the Hana Highway. I want to take a road trip down Route 66 and climb a glacier in Alaska. You get the picture- I want to do and see everything that this world has to offer. Maybe I'll start by taking Landon to Sanible Island for a weekend in the Spring. It's not far from here and a place that I have always wanted to go. It's apparently one of the very best beaches for sea shells. I don't know why I haven't gone before. I think I may do just that once the weather warms up.

Day 14: Landon Love

Day 14: A picture of the person you could never imagine life without.

This one was easy- my Landon Love! I could never imagine my life without Landon.

Day 13: Nickelback

Day 13: A picture of my favorite band.
Nickelback has been of favorite of mine for years. They have been the first and only concert that I have been to. That was one of the best nights of my life. I had so much fun at their concert and would love to see another one. I love each and every song that they have. One of my all time favorite songs by Nickelback sends a message that more people need to hear so I will post the song below.

Day 12: Love of Purple

Day 12: A picture of something that I love.

I love all things purple. It's become an obsession almost. Everything I owned was purple. From the living room throw pillows to the dining room chair covers. Purple candles to a purple bed comforter. Now that I have to task of re-buying everything I was thinking about going with a different color scheme. Who am I kidding? Everything will once again be purple. I can almost guarantee it! I have seen dogs dyed purple before and have even considered dying Tink's hair. If I didn't think it would traumatize Landon, then Tink probably would be dyed purple. I just love the color purple!

Day 11: Green Hate

Day 11: A picture of something that I hate.

I hate green food. For some reason I have never liked vegetables. I wish this wasn't true. I would love to be able to sit down and eat a healthy meal. I would love to be able to eat a salad. I just can't do it. No matter how many times I try I gag at the thought of it. I keep waiting for my taste buds to change, but they never do. Meals made with veggies always look so good to me and yet I can't bring myself to eat them. I just hope the cycle doesn't continue with my extremely picky eating son.

Day 10: Crazy Ericka

Day 10: A picture of the person that I do the craziest things with.
My friend Ericka is definitely the person that I do the craziest things with...at least pre Landon! She's the one pictured between Alex and me. This is a really old picture at one of my baby showers, but it's the only one that I have of us. Please ignore my really fat and swollen face. Ericka and I can go months without talking to one another. No matter what we are always there for each other. We actually just went a year without talking and I called her up the other weekend and in the drop of a hat she was there for me. She went over and beyond for me that weekend and for that I am thankful. We always seem to do crazy things when we get together. Whether it's driving 40 miles at speeds less than 15 miles per hour the entire time because a plastic pool is on top of the car roof (not tied down and being held only by our arms hanging out of the window) or it's us driving out of town for brownie mix at 2 a.m. we are always having a good time when we get together. There are always plenty of laughs over our crazy moments. Life is never dull when we get together. I guess when you have such crazy moments with a friend, then it's a good thing that you don't get together too often! The world would be in trouble if we hung out every day. We have been sworn to secrecy on most of our crazy moments, but I assure you Ericka is definitely the person that I have done the craziest things with.

Day 9: Through the Most

Day 9: A picture of the person who has gotten me through the most.

I have had a hard time with this one. I have been agonizing over writing this post for days. I guess that is what happens when your best friend and confidant of eleven years is no longer who they once were. The person who has definitely gotten me through the most is no longer around. They won't be getting me through any more life happenings, but they most certainly did get me through every thing up until now. I didn't know whether I should post a picture of the one person who was always there and helped me through everything or if their recent actions discredit all of that. To be completely honest, Kevin has been the one person to get me through the most. He has been there for every little bump and turn that we have encountered. Until we hit the biggest speed bump of all that is. I just don't think I can post of picture of Kevin when he has also caused me the most pain. He may have gotten me through the most up until recently, but can I honestly still post his picture when he has been the sole source of my most painful times? The two people who have been there for me and helped me the most through these times have been Matt and Jenn. They stepped in when I needed them the most. They were there when Landon and I needed help. Therefore, I will say that they have gotten me through the most, at least as of recently.

Day 8: Funny Picture

Day 8: A picture that makes me laugh

I must say that any family get together is not complete without Matt. He is hilarious and always doing crazy things. From the "donkey" throughout a department store for chocolate to impersonating Michael Jackson. I unfortunately don't have a picture of him doing the donkey, but I do have a Michael Jackson picture. Matt please don't kill me for this, but it does make me crack up every time I see it!
I also have to add a close second- Matt and the elephant. Who walks up to an elephant statue and takes a picture like this? Only Matt.

Day 7: Most Treasured Item

Day 7: A picture of my most treasured item

As cheesy as it sounds Landon is my most treasured item. I have recently learned that material possessions are just that. They can be thrown away (willingly or unwillingly) but can always be replaced. I no longer hold value to material possessions like I once did. I'm not saying that it is easy to let go of material possessions, but I have realized that there are things in life more valuable, such as life. So as cheesy as it sounds Landon is definitely my most treasured possession. Here is a picture (or two or three) of my treasure:

Day 6: Trading Places

Day 6: A picture of someone you would love to trade places with for one day.

I would love to trade places with Barbara Walters. Just for one day. I love the show The View. Trading places with Barbara Walters would allow me to sit at that table and drink coffee with Whoopi, Joy, Elisabeth, and Sherri. Talk about a great start to my day! Then to top it off with interviewing celebrities and talking about hot topics. I become giddy at the thought of all of the people that I would be able to interview at a moments notice. After all, I would be Barbara Walters who could interview anyone with no notice needed. I don't think there is a single person that would be off limits for interviewing. That would be an amazing experience.

Parenting Misconceptions

Potty training is giving me a few more gray hairs and wrinkles. I thought I'd be the type of mom whose child was potty trained in one weekends time. And most definitely by the age of 18 months. I just have to laugh at myself. What was I thinking when I set that goal? Clearly I wasn't thinking how long and difficult the process can be. Landon has had his potty seat since he was 15 months old. Even at the age he was able to tell me each and every time he went to the bathroom by pointing at his diaper. I, of course, thought my baby was a complete genius and would be potty trained in no time. Seventeen months later and Landon is still not potty trained. As quickly as his signs of readiness came they disappeared. He lost all interest in the potty seat and I didn't want to push it so we put it away for quite some time. Just recently Landon has started taking interest in his potty seat again. He does marvelously when he is without any bottoms on. Landon doesn't have a single accident when he is running around and playing naked. He makes his potty seat every single time. The trouble comes when he has a diaper on or any bottoms for that matter. He won't tell me that he has to go until after the fact. It is driving me nuts. I can't have him running around naked outside of the house. I have tried pull ups (which are just a glorified diaper in my opinion) and even toddler underwear. He will pee right through the underwear and then tell me that he has to pee. It seems like his bottoms are providing him with a safety net. He knows that he doesn't have to go to the potty seat because he has a safety net in his diaper or underwear. Why should he stop playing to pee when he can play and pee at the same time?!  Wouldn't we all do that if we could? Imagine what we could accomplish if no bathroom breaks had to be had during the day! Hopefully soon Landon will catch on that he has to go to his potty seat even when he has clothing on. Until then I will just have a toddler running around sans bottoms.

Before I had a toddler I also always thought badly about the mothers who allow their children play hand held video games in the stores or at restaurants. I couldn't imagine why they would allow such behavior to occur. I also wondered why they made their children so dependent on video games. I mean, couldn't they put them down for a few minutes? Why did they have to carry them with them everywhere? I'll tell you the reason. It's not because the children were addicted to them, it is because it kept the children quiet enough for the stressed out mom to have a few peaceful moments of shopping. She didn't have to hear all of the "I wants" and "I needs" or "Mommy please" coming out of their mouths. This revelation only just occurred to me the other day. I had some errands to run and didn't feel like taking all day in the store. Taking a child into the store always makes the trip three times longer. You can't just run in and out with a child in tow. When I went to get Landon out of the car the other day he was throwing a fit because his movie was going to be turned off. I knew a meltdown was going to occur in the store just because of how mad he was going in. I decided to take Landon and his portable DVD player and place both of them into the cart. That's right. I become one of those moms. The kind that I thought unkindly thoughts towards just a few weeks earlier. I pushed Landon around in the cart while he watched Oliver and Company. It was one of the most peaceful shopping experiences I have had since Landon has reached toddler age. Not one peep from him the entire time. There were no requests for toys. No requests for skittles or juice. No outburst over having to leave the toy department. It was heavenly. I was in complete shopping bliss. I apologize to all of you moms out there that I have thought unkindly thoughts towards. You were only doing those things so that you could make your day a little easier. It had very little to do with the fact that your children were addicted to the games. It was probably more because you just wanted to get in and out without the fuss. I applaud you for using modern technology to ease your already stressful, frazzled day. This mommy has joined your forces. Anyone that has a problem with me using modern technology to make my shopping with Landon a bit easier at times, then by all means take him shopping with you the next time. I'm sure you'll be singing a different tune. I definitely don't allow Landon to have his DVD player at all times. Most of the time it is left home and doesn't even join us in the car. It's for an emergency basis most of the time. You know, the days where I was up all night with a cranky toddler and beyond tired. The days where I just don't have it in me to face a meltdown in a store. I don't always use the DVD method either. I almost always first try crayons. That usually always works. I keep a crayon roll in my purse along with small coloring books. I try to switch the books out often so that Landon always has new ones to color. Of course, when we are in Target I rely solely on the $1.34 icee. It works like a charm every time!

I have definitely learned over the past 2 1/2 years that mothering isn't always so black and white. There are no right or wrong ways to do things (for the most part). What works for one family may not work for another. I am no longer going to be the one to past judgement onto another mom for parenting in a different way. Who knows. Maybe I will eventually do things that way as well! Never say never has never been truer than when it pertains to child rearing.

Day 5: Favorite Memory

Day 5: A picture of my favorite memory

I have many favorite memories. It was so hard to just pick one. I think the picture that I am going to post sums up most of my favorite memories. This picture was just another day that we had together as a family. One of those days that we always referred to as "lazy Sunday". On Sundays we would usually just stay home in our pajamas all day long. Kevin spent the day taking silly pictures. This was one of them.
That picture brings back such bittersweet memories. It may not necessarily be my absolute favorite memory, but it does sum up what my favorite memories revolve around. How do you pick just one favorite memory anyways? I don't think I have one clear favorite memory. I have many ranging from the day Kevin and I first went to St. Augustine to the first time we took Landon to St. Augustine. Landon's birth to his big days like first and second birthdays. Milestone moments such as first smile, first steps, first words. I can't seem to narrow all of these memories down to just one favorite memory. When I first read that I would have to post a picture of my favorite memory for some reason this picture immediately popped into my head. I guess it sums up all that my heart is feeling- bittersweet memories.

Day 4: My Night

Day 4: A picture of my night

That about sums up how my night was spent. Landon has been incredibly clingy all day. If I am sitting then he has to climb into my lap and smother me with kisses. If I'm standing then he has to pull on my shirt or hang on my leg and tickle me. He's currently standing behind my chair and tickling my arm and face. He's been so loving and silly today. I love how sweet and loving Landon is. I try to recall these sweet moments whenever he is having a not so sweet moment- it makes his tantrums more bearable knowing that in just a minute he will be showering me with kisses and smiles.

Day 3: Favorite Tv Show

Day 3: A photo of the cast from your favorite show:
Friends will always be my absolute favorite television show. There will never be another show quite like Friends. I watch re-runs constantly and still laugh hysterically. Friends can always cheer me up. I thought my life was over when the show ended. I may be a bit dramatic, but my Thursday nights did feel empty for quite some time. I especially love all of the Thanksgiving episodes. I think those ones were always my favorites. If only they would do a Friends reunion on Oprah for her last season. That would be one of the happiest days of my life!

Day 2: Picture of Closest Person

Day 2: A picture of me and someone that I am closest to.

The person that I thought I was closest to has recently left my life. My mom has been there for me during this time. No matter who comes and goes in my life my mom will always be a constant figure. She will be there in good times and in bad. Whether I want her to be or not at times! For that I am grateful. I love you Mom!

Boy in a Box

We were putting away Christmas decorations the other day and Landon wanted to get into a box. Not only did he want to get into the box, but he wanted Tinkerbell to get into the box as well. I had a flash back to when he was 9 months old. Kevin threw both Landon and Tink into a box and took a picture of it. Looking back at both pictures I realize how much of a baby Landon no longer is. He's becoming such a big boy right before my eyes. Where did the time go?!

Day 1: 10 Facts + 1 Picture

I just came across this 31 day challenge on another friend's blog. I figured I'd give it a try as well. It'll be a great way to start off the New Year. Now I just have to commit to blogging every day! Here it goes:

Day 1- A picture of me with 10 facts:

This is the only picture on my computer that I have of myself. All of the rest are of Landon or me with Landon.
Fact 1: I love purple anything. I am completely obsessed with the color purple.
Fact 2: My favorite flowers are orchids- probably because they are purple!
Fact 3: I only have one true regret in life. Just one- not too bad after 27 years.
Fact 4: I love to drive. I even love driving with no destination in mind. Sometimes I will put Landon in the car and we will just drive. We usually end up walking the beach on days like that.
Fact 5: I love panda bears. I use to have quite the collection. I am dying to take Landon to the Atlanta Zoo to see the baby panda.
Fact 6: I talk non stop when I'm tired. I just start rambling about everything and anything.
Fact 7: I love to cook. I have just been lacking inspiration to do so lately.
Fact 8: I give my all to people. I have learned this can also be a fault at times.
Fact 9: I still love the show Friends. In my opinion, there will never be a greater show on tv. I can still watch the re-runs nightly and never grow old of them.
Fact 10: I have to do everything in groups of 5. Count my food, touch the light switches, group words together as they are being told to me, it's all a little OCD and can be overwhelming at times.

You can join along in this challenge as well. Here are the challenges for the 31 days:
Day 01 - A picture of yourself with ten facts
Day 02 - A picture of you and the person you have been closest with the longest

Day 03 - A picture of the cast from your favorite show

Day 04 - A picture of your night

Day 05 - A picture of your favorite memory

Day 06 - A picture of a person you'd love to trade places with for a day

Day 07 - A picture of your most treasured item

Day 08 - A picture that makes you laugh

Day 09 - A picture of the person who has gotten you through the most

Day 10 - A picture of the person you do the craziest things with

Day 11 - A picture of something you hate

Day 12 - A picture of something you love

Day 13 - A picture of your favorite band or artist

Goodbye 2010!

2010 has come to a close. I'm not even all that sad to see it come to an end. This past year has not been how I imagined it would be. 2011 will definitely be the year for self-discovery and growth. Hopefully 2011 will be filled with a lot of positive memories, rather than sad reflections. 2010 was definitely not a great year for me, but I will save all of that for another post. For now, I am just going to focus on the positive. After all, we do say "Happy New Year". I might as well try to embrace this and think of all of the things that I have to look forward to- Landon related things! 2010 was a great year for Landon. He learned many new things and was such a blessing in my life. In 2010, Landon accomplished many things:
  • Turned two
  • Started talking
  • Learned how to say "I wuv you"- talk about making a Mommy cry!
  • Learned his colors, his shapes, and how to ride his bike
I learned a few life lessons along the way as well. 2010 was definitely the year for learning and for that I am thankful. I can't wait to see what 2011 has in store for us. It has to be better than 2010. Every year is better than the previous one all because of Landon. I don't know what 2011 holds for us, but I do know that every morning I will be waking up to Landon "wiggle wiggles" and smiles. I know that every night I will be reading a bed time story to Landon that turns into a tickle session. Landon will be my source of strength and my drive to set goals and accomplishments for the year 2011 and beyond. I love him so much and I am so thankful that I have had another full year with Landon in my life.
